Positive: Lovely setting and location. Was treated to arrive in our room to flowers, sparking wine and bon bons for my birthday.
Negative: The exterior of the building needs some TLC, especially the balconies. They are tired, in need of paint and somewhat dirty. One would expect a bit more from the most expensive rooms in the resort!! Also, the large window (below tower) facing the lake is completely covered in bugs, and a lot of them! We have stayed in all accommodations on this resort and this was also our experience the last time. The exterior of the the loft rooms on the water are in desperate need of painting. The Cape Code shingles are all faded and worn looking and do not represent the look that Rawley is expected to have, Also, the dining room staff still seem to be struggling with their service. While all staff are friendly and warm, they certainly do need to step up their game, especially given the fine dining prices.,

Positive: Very good, disappointed that they charge extra for orange juice
Negative: Because it rained for two days we were forsed to stay indoors and the tvs most of the time didn’t work. There is no entertainment at all, the piano bar is only on weekends

Positive: The property was well kept and small making it easy to find your activities. Meals were delicious with very personable servers. Our room was clean with all expected amenities.
Negative: The pool was not heated !!
